1. What this site is
A set of free calculators that take figures you enter and return arithmetic, with the formula and its source shown on each page. Everything runs in your browser.
2. What it is not
It is not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. No page here recommends a course of action. Results are estimates produced from assumptions that are stated on each page, and those assumptions will not all match your situation.
We are not a bank, a lender, a broker or an adviser, and we have no relationship with any. Nothing here is an offer of credit or of any product.
3. Check anything that matters
Before acting on a figure from this site, check it against the institution that actually holds the account: your lender, your servicer, your bank, or the relevant government body. Where their number and ours disagree, theirs governs your money. Ours is an estimate.
4. No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we do not warrant that any figure is accurate for your circumstances.
We try hard on this. Formulas are tested against independently worked examples, sources are named, and assumptions are printed. That is an effort, not a guarantee.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything on it, including financial loss, lost opportunity, or consequential damages.
6. Acceptable use
You may use these calculators for any purpose, personal or commercial. Please do not:
- Attempt to disrupt the site or the infrastructure behind it.
- Scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people.
- Republish its content as your own, or present its results as coming from somewhere else.
Linking to any page here is welcome and needs no permission.
7. Third party content
This site carries advertising, and links to external sources. We do not control either, and a link is not an endorsement. See privacy for what advertising on this site collects.
8. Changes
Calculators change as sources and rules are updated. Each calculating page carries the date its figures and sources were last checked. These terms may change too, and the review date below moves when they do.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute falls to the courts of India.
